The recent scandal that has embroiled our country involving
Janet Lim Napoles has generated a lot of attention from the world over and has
solicited different reactions from people from all walks of life.
And in the middle of it all, three names stood out – Estrada,
Revilla and Enrile.
These three respected senators of the republic were quick to
dismiss though any and all allegations of corruption that directly ties them or
even any mere mention of their names in the same sentence with JLN.
But how do the Filipino people really feel about this? Are we
really that compassionate and soft-hearted as others say that or is the new
generation now more conscious and involved in what’s happening around us?
Of course we all want the truth behind all this mess - for
our pride, our reputation, and yes, this is some serious cash were talking
about.
